  I first dealt with Stratford Honda and John Meyering in Nov 2016 for the purchase of my 2017 Accord Touring V6. Having owned many cars over the years I can honestly say that this purchase experience was among the best! They are extremely easy to deal with and price discussions are very straight forward and honest. The service department has been excellent with all work done correctly and always within the time estimates given when I arrive. Fast forward to this year and once again the dealership showed how excellent they are as my father took delivery of one of the first 2018 Accord 2.0 Touring editions to arrive. His experience has been identical to mine, which shows how consistent everyone at Stratford Honda is.

  I must say they are very nice with customers and patient enough to answer so many questions i had. I test drove Honda Civic and they have been patient to answer my queries till i m very satisfied. Their service is good and prompt. Never had this smooth experience with any other auto dealer before.

  When I went to other car dealerships I found they were extremely pushy and just trying to make a sale by whatever means necessary, but that wasn't the case at Stratford Honda! Dave was very patient and helpful during my entire decision making process. I test drove the Honda Civic on June 3, but didn't make the purchase until the end of the June. Over the course of this month I emailed Dave several times to ask questions and each time he answered in a timely manner. Fantastic service from Dave, I would definitely recommend him and the team at Stratford Honda!

  Alan Pfaff responded to my email inquiry before business hours, Took care of my special requests, listened to what I had to say and did not try to up sale something that was ridiculous . All in all a very good sales person.
