    The employees are helpful, the price on non 7-Eleven products is higher than at grocery stores, gas stations, etc.

    I still had to pay for my drink even though there was the confusion and I will probably not use this convenience store again. This is ridiculous.. it's the second time something along these lines has occured

    That's understandable that an app and code is needed for the deal but I tried to specify any restrictions before I made my drink so that I wouldn't get caught in something similar.. i should have been warned that yes it is a free day but I needed the app and code.

    I was very upset today with the service I received today. Went in for the free med. Pumpkin spiced latte event and asked the cashier to verify if anything needed to be scanned. She said they just needed to scan the cups on the way out the door so I got my latte and headed to cash where she then scanned in my latte and expected me to pay.

    Confused I said that I thought it was the free medium latte deal. She then proceeded to add that I needed an app and a code.
