    Excellent service! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Jordan took the time to listen to my questions, answer and explain, and set up my device. He presented various options available and made sure I was comfortable with operating the new system prior to leaving the store.

    I went there to get an Ethernet cable and one of the employees talked to me like I was retarded and had no clue what I was talking about.

    Overall the source is completely inadequate compared to best buy and others, they do not price match and do not offer any sort of incentives to buy. I have tried to deal with the source a couple of times and every time it’s a negative experience.
