  When I emailed them a rather strongly worded letter sharing my disappointment - nothing. I copied the email onto their Facebook page - worse than nothing. They removed the post and blocked me from their page.

  I used to use CWD all the time. Never again. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Their lack of response to my complaint speaks volumes about how much they value their customers. I will take my business where it is properly appreciated.

  Subpar service and okay arrangement of flowers. Suggested you go elsewhere in Stratford for your floral arrangements.

  When my mom got to the shop, there were no flowers. Apparently there was a problem with my credit card. If that was the case, I have no problem with that. My issue is the fact that Catherine Wright Designs did not try to get in touch with me or my mom to tell us there was a problem. They were happy to send a mother away from their shop without flowers on Mother's Day. A quick email or phone call when they realised there was a problem would have averted this situation.

  I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day. I live in the UK, I wanted to do something nice for my mom since I couldn't spend the day with her. They wouldn't deliver to St Marys (they have in the past) so my parents agreed to pick the flowers up.

  Great place. Good pricing. Friendly staff. Had a custom arrangement made in less than 15 minutes. When I got home it was a hit!

  Catherine Wright Designs, from my experience, have no interest in making sure your loved ones receive their flowers. And when you try to pull them up on it by complaining by email and social media, they'd rather ignore you and block your posts.

  Ordered from telafloral and substitutions needed to be made (which is understandable and was considered when making the purchase). Flowers were requested for delivery and they were delivered on the day promised. It looked similar to the arrangement chosen. It was okay ... certainly not anything exceptional. The total was $70 for a small arrangement in a glass vase (that was likely purchased at a dollar store for $3.00). This included a $10 delivery charge.

  Also we had requested a happy birthday balloon (for $5.99 extra) that did not arrive with the bouquet. We had to contact the shop and the woman was not apologetic for the mistake and simply said it would be sent out later that day when the delivery driver was back.
