  If you are thinking of Anytime Fitness, just be sure you are aware of the maintenance fees and exit fees. I asked Good Life about a 30 day exit policy and they said they waive it as a gesture of consumer goodwill unless you were to cancel a day before and they can't do the paperwork to terminate the membership.

  I've since moved to Good Life Fitness which is not far from Anytime Fitness. It is not only a larger gym with better amenities they were also kind enough to even give me a full month free to offset the Anytime Fitness exit fee.

  That aside, Anytime Fitness is clean and well maintained and is likely a good place for someone whose fitness needs are basic or who don't like a larger gym atmosphere. I did have a beef about the change rooms, which are private but you don't have much space to put a gym bag and sit since the bench is tiny.

  Cute gym. All the machines are new. Not busy. Free WiFi. Bought a year membership. Get some.

  In addition there is an annual equipment maintenance fee that you have to pay on top of your membership dues so factor that into your actual monthly payment.

  It's a very well kept fitness center . Does not smell like sweat either.

  Hidden Fees......I am dismayed by the pricing policy of Anytime Fitness, which several months after a full year end of contract I decided to terminate my membership.

  I was not within the 30 day period for cancellation notice by a few days... hence they "had" to charge me another 30 days which they could have, but refused to waive!

  Tanning hours are minimal not 24/7 bathrooms are dirty. Equipment is old and doesn't always work.
